Since our launch in December 2022, our team at HEAL4Her has worked to bring awareness to our cause. We are fortunate to have a two-person staff (Christin Deacon, Founder and Nichole Deacon, Executive Director) who bring their unique expertise, dedication and resources into everything we do. This is what will enable us to achieve our goal as we continue to grow our team as well as our mission.
Our Philosophy
Providing empowerment to incarcerated women though education and support.
At HEAL4Her, we believe in a world where members from every community are equipped with the information needed to take control of their well-being through health literacy, invoking a new beginning where social and economic impacts are erased from the health care system. We take pride in being problem solvers who are not afraid to take risks. Women involved within the justice system are members of a very vulnerable population. We believe that with effective information, guidance and heart, there is nothing we can’t accomplish. But above all, our strength lies in teamwork. Each and every one of us has the capability to contribute no matter their experience or background.
